A remarkable display of Christian faith has captured attention in India as thousands of believers came together for a massive gathering dedicated to worshiping Jesus Christ.
From September 30 to October 2, 2026, Christians gathered in Simdega, Jharkhand, India, for the Jharkhand Prayer Festival 2026.
According to reports, more than 5,000 people attended the Christian gathering, organized by Folj Church.
Believers traveled from different communities to participate in worship, prayer, and the preaching of God’s Word.
With thousands lifting their voices in praise, the gathering became a powerful public expression of faith in Jesus Christ!
Pastor Ankit Sajwan and other Christian leaders encouraged participants through biblical teaching and prayer.
The event also drew attention online as images of the large worshiping crowd spread across social media.
What a beautiful reminder that the Gospel of Jesus Christ continues to bring people together across nations, languages, and cultures!

More than 100,000 people reportedly gathered in Brazil for a large worship event, lifting their voices in praise and worship of Jesus Christ.
The crowd joined together in singing Christian songs and prayers, creating a powerful scene of faith and devotion as believers gathered outdoors to seek God.
The event highlights the continued growth of large-scale Christian gatherings in Brazil, where many believers are coming together for worship, prayer and spiritual renewal.

A striking video circulating online shows a massive crowd of young people in South Korea passionately worshiping Jesus together at an outdoor Christian gathering.
The footage captures young worshipers singing, raising their hands and moving together in praise as the gathering stretches across a large open venue.
“FAITH IS ALIVE AMONG SOUTH KOREA’S YOUTH,” Christian minister Abraham Baba wrote while sharing the video. “Young people lifting up the name of Jesus with everything they’ve got.”
The scene comes as churches across South Korea continue investing in the next generation through large worship gatherings, evangelistic events and prayer movements, offering an encouraging picture of young believers publicly expressing their faith in Christ.

For the first time in its history, the United Methodist Church will hold its denomination-wide General Conference simultaneously in two locations: Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Harare, Zimbabwe, in May 2028.
The historic decision comes as the UMC continues to see declining membership in the United States while experiencing significant growth in Africa. Harare was chosen in part because Africa now has the largest United Methodist membership and because it offers greater visa access for delegates from other African countries.
The two gatherings will operate concurrently, allowing delegates in the United States and Africa to participate in the same legislative process in real time. Church leaders said the move is intended to make participation more accessible to a global denomination facing growing travel and visa challenges.
The decision also highlights the changing face of the UMC. African United Methodists have generally remained more theologically conservative than their North American counterparts, particularly on marriage and sexual ethics, making Africa an increasingly significant voice in the denomination’s future.

The nationwide gathering reportedly took place simultaneously in more than 300 cities, bringing believers together for worship, prayer and the public proclamation that Jesus Christ is Lord over Venezuela.
Under the theme “Venezuela, Land of Grace,” participants marched through streets and avenues while singing, carrying flags and praying for peace, unity and hope throughout the nation. Organizers said the event reached communities across the country’s states and capital district.
In a nation that has endured hardship and uncertainty, these believers delivered a powerful message: Venezuela’s greatest hope is not found in politics or human strength, but in Jesus Christ.
“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.” — Psalm 33:12
May this public declaration become more than a moment—may it spark genuine repentance, revival and lasting transformation throughout Venezuela
