Mel Tari
In the mid-1960s through the 1970s, Indonesia experienced a significant spiritual revival, leading millions to Christianity. This movement, marked by miraculous events and deep spiritual fervor, revitalized faith across the islands.
Mel Tari, then 18, was central to these events, witnessing biblical-like miracles in Indonesia's remote areas. These included healings and prophetic revelations, drawing many to renewed faith. Tari became a prominent evangelist, sharing these transformative experiences worldwide.
He authored the bestselling book, Like a Mighty Wind, detailing the revival's miraculous occurrences and its profound impact on ordinary lives. The book, translated into many languages, emphasizes childlike faith and the Holy Spirit's power, resonating globally.
Besides Like a Mighty Wind, Tari wrote The Gentle Breeze of Jesus and other Christian books, exploring faith, hope, and divine intervention. His work inspires believers to embrace their faith fully, spreading Christianity's message and offering hope in uncertain times.
