'God Isn't Just Preparing the Promise. He's Preparing YOU!' Rosangela Atte
Your hidden season has not been wasted. But are you ready to steward what God is about to entrust to you?
Recently, the Lord gave me three prophetic words that I believe are deeply connected:
“Your Name Is Being Written in Neon Lights” — God is bringing His people out of hiddenness and into visibility, positioning them for greater influence and Kingdom assignments.
“It's Not the Enemy, It's Braxton Hicks!” — Not every delay, disappointment, or closed door is an attack from the enemy. Sometimes God is increasing our capacity, strengthening our character, and preparing us for what is coming.
“From Outback to Comeback” — Your wilderness has not been wasted! The trials, tears, crushing, and years of perseverance have produced a harvest. God is bringing restoration, fruitfulness, and fulfillment.
And here's what I believe the Lord is emphasizing through all three:
God isn't just preparing the promise for you. He's preparing YOU for the promise!
Because visibility without character can destroy you. Opportunity without preparation can overwhelm you. And promotion without the capacity to steward it can become a burden rather than a blessing.
This is why I believe healing is such an essential part of our preparation.
We cannot afford to step into greater influence, authority, and responsibility while still being controlled by rejection, fear, insecurity, people-pleasing, or the survival patterns developed through past trauma.
We need more than opportunities. We need renewed minds, healed hearts, regulated nervous systems, restored identities, and lives surrendered to the Holy Spirit.
How the Lord gave me The E.S.T.H.E.R. Method™
When I first began coaching, I asked the Lord to give me a framework, something I could use to teach and guide the women He was bringing to me through their healing journeys.
And His answer surprised me.
He said, “Use the Esther Method.”
I remember asking, “The Esther Method?”
And He answered, “Yes. What I have used on you as I took you through these decades of healing, shedding, pruning, stretching, and dying to yourself.”
Then He began revealing the word ESTHER to me as an acronym, showing me the different phases of the healing and preparation process He had taken me through over the years.
And He told me to teach it to all His daughters.
Suddenly, I understood something else! Years earlier, the Lord had given me the name The Rising of the Esthers for my prophetic ministry. Now I understood why!
He had been preparing me all along, not only for my own healing and restoration, but to help other women walk through that same process of transformation and preparation for their God-given assignments.
The E.S.T.H.E.R. Method™ wasn't born out of a textbook. It was born out of decades of walking with Jesus through the wilderness, allowing Him to heal, refine, restore, and transform me.
And now I have the privilege of sharing that journey with His daughters.
Preparation for Positioning
Inspired by Esther's season of preparation before stepping into her royal assignment, this six-phase, Christ-centered journey integrates biblical truth, neuroscience, and nervous system regulation to help women uncover the roots of their wounds, surrender limiting beliefs, renew their minds, regulate their nervous systems, encounter the Father's love, and embrace their God-given identity.
It's about becoming spiritually mature, emotionally healthy, and equipped to respond to life's challenges with greater peace and resilience—with renewed minds, regulated nervous systems, and healed hearts, firmly rooted in God's Word and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Because I don't want you simply to walk through the doors God opens for you.
I want you to be able to remain standing on the other side!
To steward your next season with wisdom, discernment, humility, integrity, confidence, spiritual authority, and intimacy with Jesus.
The wilderness was not just a place of survival. It was a place of preparation.
And perhaps the most important thing you can do right now is allow the Lord to continue the work He's been doing in you as He prepares to do something new through you.
Your next season requires the healed, restored, Spirit-empowered woman God created you to become.
